Randy Brothers, Founder and Owner of Elite Roofing and Solar and The Roofing Academy, he is a successful entrepreneur who has been assisting roofing owners in starting, building, and growing their businesses. He is also a bestselling author, host of the popular podcast "The Start, Build, Grow Show", and a dedicated husband and father. Randy's passion for the roofing industry led him to establish Elite Roofing & Solar in 2006, which has since become a top-rated company in Colorado, earning accolades and reaching annual revenues of nearly $20 million. With his extensive knowledge and experience, Randy is eager to guide others in achieving their roofing company goals, whether they are just starting out or looking to reach new heights.

Joseph Hughes, Joe is the founder of Contractor Dynamics and is passionate about helping roofing companies become 5 Mile Famous so they can experience the abundance that a strong brand provides. Joe will be helping you establish clear business and marketing goals, and then reverse-engineering those goals to daily and weekly action items for you and your team.


Ben Hodson, Ben Hodson is an entrepreneur, writer, musician, filmmaker, comic book artist, and software developer. After spending time as a touring musician and finishing degrees in business and software systems from the University of Washington, he started his first company in 2000. That business, Venafi, was sold for $1.2 billion in 2020 to Thoma Bravo. After leaving the day-to-day operations of Venafi, Ben proceeded to start nine companies, with the most recent being JobNimbus, a software and growth solution for roofing and home exterior contractors. In January 2021, JobNimbus received its first investment of $53 million from Mainsail Partners. In addition to his business ventures, Ben has pursued a variety of creative projects. He has written comic books, such as the Jack Burton Adventures, Shutter, 8-Bit, and Blood and Glory. His short films, Shadow of the Mountain and Marooned, have won recognition at various international film festivals, and he recently published his first novel, Tales of the Macabre West. Today, Ben continues to lead the rapid growth of JobNimbus.
