Randy has spent his entire career working as a contractor and entrepreneur. He started out as a licensed general contractor and later became a licensed insurance adjuster. His vast knowledge of construction and insurance restoration led him to the roofing industry where he built one of the top roofing companies in the country. His roofing company has been featured on the Inc 5000 list for fastest growing privately held companies in America 2 years in a row and has grossed over 60 million in sales since its inception in 2010.

He created the Roofing Academy to share his knowledge and experience with other motivated roofing company owners. It is designed to act as a guide during all phases of growth, whether starting or scaling. He built a one-of-a-kind virtual training platform with courses that cover all aspects of building a sustainable roofing company. He also built a document vault that gives you plug-and-play access to a vast number of documents that he has used for his own companies.

Randy has personally overseen the growth and development of a roofing company from its first roof to over 1000 roofs per year. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

1. You are solely responsible for properly canceling your account.  You can cancel your account at any time by logging into your account and clicking on the Avatar from the header page. Then, select settings from the dropdown, and click Billing Info in the top right of the page.

2. All of the course content will be inaccessible within 24 hours upon cancellation.

3. If you cancel the Service before the end of your current paid month, your cancellation will take effect immediately, and you will not be charged again. But there will not be any prorating of unused time in the last billing cycle.

4. A 30-day notice of cancellation is required in order to not be charged for the following billing cycle.

Our refund policy is as follows:

We stand behind our products and services and your satisfaction with them is important to us. However, because our products and services are digital via the internet, we generally offer no refunds.

If you change your mind about your purchase within 3 days of the original date of the subscription purchase, we will happily issue you a refund upon your request.

Refund requests made after 3 days of the original purchase are handled on a case by case basis and are issued at our sole discretion.
