These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our coaching programs, digital courses, and communications. By accessing our platform or content, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services overview

The Roofing Academy provides coaching programs, training resources, digital workbooks, and strategic consulting for roofing company owners and their teams.

2. Text messaging (SMS) terms

We only send text messages to people who check the optional, unchecked SMS consent box on one of our website forms. Giving us your phone number alone is not consent to texts, and consent is not a condition of purchase.

Messages are about your request: confirmations, follow-ups on your inquiry or assessment, and scheduling and reminders for calls with our team. No promotional texts.

3. User commitments

Not to misuse our site, platforms, or intellectual property

4. Payment and access

Courses and programs are non-transferable.
Access to materials is granted for the duration outlined in the program description.
Payment plans must be completed to retain access.

5. Intellectual property

All content, including videos, worksheets, templates, and branding, is the property of The Roofing Academy. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without written permission.

6. Compliance with regulations

We comply with all applicable laws, including:

TCPA for messaging consent and frequency
CAN-SPAM for email marketing
GDPR where applicable for international users

7. Limitation of liability

We are not responsible for business decisions, losses, or outcomes resulting from implementing our coaching, training, or advice. All results vary by user effort and market conditions.
