A private 1-day in-person onsite with a lead coach: an in-person strategic planning session with your leadership team, Roofing Success System implementation, a strategic plan for each of your company's five pillars, and action items and goals set for the next 90 days. Dates are set with your coach.

What are the terms?

A 6-month commitment. That is deliberate: the custom build, the onsite and the software are not a one-month exercise.

Can I buy Scale online?

No. Scale starts with a coaching call. The scope is built around your company, so there is nothing generic to check out.

Is fractional CFO support included?

Yes. Fractional CFO support is part of Scale rather than a separate service. It starts from the full financial evaluation with our financial coach and works alongside the custom financial tracking and reporting built for your company.

Do I still get everything in Grow?
