Ben Kirk serves as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at NXTLVL Solutions / TRA, bringing a unique blend of deep-rooted construction trade expertise and software leadership to the organization.
Having spent time on the ground in the roofing and construction industries before transitioning into the software-as-a-service (SaaS) sector, Ben bridges the gap between operations and cutting-edge technology. He understands firsthand the practical challenges contractors face, allowing him to design and oversee technology solutions that are both powerful and intuitive for real-world application.
At NXTLVL Solutions, Ben leads the company's technology strategy, custom software implementation, and client onboarding programs. Beyond software deployment, he specializes in building high-impact training and adoption frameworks that ensure teams, from field crews to executive leadership, seamlessly integrate new tools into their daily workflows to maximize ROI and scale operations.
Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, music, and spending time with his wife, Tabi, and their three amazing children.
