Brianna Rose Reis is currently the appointed COO of Elite Roofing and Solar, one of the fastest growing and most celebrated roofing companies in Denver.
The company's second employee, Mrs. Reis joined the Elite Roofing team in 2010. Over the past decade, Reis has played an integral role leading the company from a small start-up to a nationally recognized frontrunner in the roofing industry. Because Reis has worked in virtually every position within the organization, she has played an integral role in establishing and refining each of Elite Roofing's systems and processes. Her invaluable contribution has been the bedrock of Elite's meteoric rise, from a small unknown Denver roofing company to one of the fastest growing trades organizations in the US.
In the company's relatively short yet decorated history, Elite Roofing has become a top-rated roofing company not only within the local Colorado market but on a national stage. In fact, Elite Roofing was named to the 2018, 2019 & 2023 Inc. 5000 List of Fastest-Growing Private Companies in America, Inc. 5000 Best Places to Work & Denver Business Journal's Fast 50. Reis's involvement from the very beginning, and her aptitude for harnessing new technologies for the betterment of the organization, has set up Elite Roofing to continue on their path to record setting successes.
Brie Reis is also the Lead Operations Coach for The Roofing Academy, a consulting company that has helped countless companies with workflow, SOPs, healthy financials, hiring practices, leadership and much more. At The Roofing Academy they are taking what they have learned and developed and, instead of trying to corner the market, they are using those tools to train and encourage the entire industry.
We get the greatest satisfaction from watching others grow and The Roofing Academy is our platform and action plan for just that. I am excited to be a part of the change that our industry needs.
She is also a published, public speaker with an inspirational story that defies the odds and is layered with hardship and obstacles that were overcome through grace and determination. Due to this her passion lies in inspiring women on their journeys and providing a space for them to develop and harness the secret genius that lies within us all. In 2020 she was awarded Denver Business Journal's 40 Under 40, then in 2021 Startup Weekly's Women in Business to Watch.
Brianna Reis is also a wife and mother through a blended/step marriage. Being in a blended family and understanding the specific challenges and nuances that nuclear families don't face, her heart beats for all other families living within the definition of blended (Step, Adoptive, Foster & Guardianship Families).
