About Ronnie
As the founder and CEO of NXTLVL Solutions, Ronnie Smith helps roofing and home improvement contractors turn overwhelmed, owner-dependent businesses into organized, scalable companies. With more than a decade of experience in the software and construction industries, he has worked with organizations ranging from startups to contractors generating $100 million in revenue. During his six years at JobNimbus, he helped contractors use technology more effectively as the company grew and secured a $53 million investment.
Through NXTLVL Solutions and its joint venture with The Roofing Academy, Ronnie helps owners strengthen their teams, improve their processes, and turn strategy into action. His mission is simple: Educate. Empower. Execute. He wants owners to build companies that give them greater freedom and the opportunity to create a lasting legacy.
Ronnie's own priorities are God first, family second, and business third. He and his wife, Jill, have been married for 33 years. They are proud parents to Mckenzie and Zach and grandparents to Zayne and Max. Outside of work, Ronnie loves music, writes songs, and is writing his book, The End Game Entrepreneur. He also holds several certifications, including certification as an Equal Employment Opportunity investigator for the Department of Justice.
